A physical training program designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of group intervals in a one hour period of time.
Our bootcamp training is a motivational program for people who do not like working out alone. It allows you to meet with other individuals like yourself who are looking to improve their fitness lifestyle and enjoy the company of others around them. We set you up into groups to perform group exercises and to push each other through individual exercises. You find a sense of accomplishment and motivation as a whole as you begin to see results in yourself and others.
Hours: 5:30 AM to 6:30 AM & 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM
